HOW DO WE DO WHAT WE DO:

Our process is very simple. Contact us with any questions you have. Once you are satisfied, send us your 3D model. We'll run your model through our system to give you a price quote. After payment, we'll begin printing and in approximately three days, your model will be mailed to you. Sounds easy, right?

We use a type of printing techinolgy called Fused Deposition Modeling. We use our software to chop your model into layers suitable for printing. We then use extreme heat to carefully extrude a .01" layer of hot, molten plastic. As all the tiny plastic layers cool, they are permently bonded to one another to create your finished sculpture or prototype. It's pretty much magic.

We use white ABS plastic for all our figures. It is very durable, non-britle, and non-toxic. It can be sanded, puttied, painted or even bonded to another piece of ABS plastic.

We have a build volume of 6" by 6" by 8". That is the largest object we can print. Models themselves should be under one million polys and all elements should have a minimum thickness of .03 inches.

IMPORTANT! We can accept most modeling formats but for best results, we prefer .stl files. Regardless of format, the model itself MUST pass a STL check. Running an STL check is very simple. Click here for 3DMAX tutorial. You can also Contact Us for details.
